##Who we are

Vladimirus Limited is a software company registered in England and Wales, company number 08141439. Our registered office is 92 Welcomes Road, Kenley, England, CR8 5HE. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

##What we collect

Two things, both only when you use the enquiry form:

• What you type into the form: your name, your email address, what you want to build, where you are now and, if you give one, a timeline.
• Your IP address, used to limit repeated sends. We keep only a scrambled form of it.

Browsing the site collects nothing.

##Why

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to stop automated or repeated sends from overwhelming the form. We don't use your details for marketing and we don't share them with anyone else.

Your enquiry is emailed to our company mailbox and nowhere else; this website stores no enquiries. Amazon Web Services provides our hosting and email, and processes this information on our behalf.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

##How long we keep it

Enquiries: for as long as we're talking about them, then for up to 12 months after the last message. After that we delete them, unless you have become a client. IP addresses: yours is used to limit repeated sends, only a scrambled form of it is kept, and that is removed automatically within days.

##Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email me@vladimirus.com and we'll respond.

These are your rights of access, correction and erasure. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

##Cookies

None. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking, which is why there's no cookie banner.
